Insadong is a popular tourist street with lots of shops selling Korean souvenirs: cards, bookmarks, pouches, display items etc. You can also try on the Korean traditional dress – hanbok and create a seal with your name in Korean at Insadong.

Bukchon Hanok Village (북촌한옥마을)

Bukchon Hanok Village

Bukchon Hanok Village is a residential area. There are some shops there that let you experience Korean culture : such as Korean rice wine (Soju) making. Here is my suggested itinerary for these historic / cultural places. I have split them into 2 days.

Day 1: Gyeongbokgung Palace & Samcheong-dong

Read about it here.

Day 2: Insadong & Bukchon Hanok Village
